Gorilla Warranty


Gorilla warranty is a lifetime warranty on all items. This is from boards to triggers to wiring
harnesses.


The warranty is only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or something is not working how it
should be. This could be from being unable to save settings on the FCU, to sensor calibration. Any
faulty item is to be inspected before a warranty can be claimed for. The relevant Gorilla dealer in the
UK is “Airsoft Armourer”.


Upon noticing a fault with a Gorilla product, Airsoft Armourer is to be contacted at which point
delivery/ collection can be arranged for a full inspection.
If a fault is found that is not down to user error, the board will be replaced for a brand new one, with
no additional cost to the customer, this includes shipping.
If a fault is found that is down to incorrect installation, damaged components through force or
frustration, a warranty claim will not be admitted and the replacement component will be denied.

We recommend having a certified tech install the product, however is not, we recommend watching an installation video as well as reading through the step by step
instructions fully before attempting to install any Gorilla product. Not only does this help the
customer fully understand what they are installing and how to install it, but what the component
actually does.
Because of the lifetime warranty Gorilla Airsoft Technologies offer, this means that if a customer is to
sell their Rif or trade it, the warranty will move with the gun to the new owner.

the subject line. This means we can keep track of the repair as well as keep the customer up to date
along the way.
