AIRSOFT ARMOURER - FRONTLINE COMBAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SAFETY BRIEF

  1. SAFETY ZONE The safe zone is where you came in, parked your car and setup for the day. While in the safety zone, have your mags out, safeties on, FINGERS OFF THE TRIGGER and chambers cleared. If you are dry firing your gun to test it, you have already broken 2 parts of this rule. We will be checking guns to make sure all rifles are emptied before returning to the safe zone. Eye protection/ face protection is not required to be worn in the safe zone.
  2. GUN SAFETY: Your guns are designed to look and feel like real weapons. Please treat them as such. Do not aim at anyone or anything you do not intend to shoot. The habits you pick up with these guns, are the habits you will have with a real gun. ALL Airsoft guns must be chrono’d EVERY TIME before use on field. This includes pistols.
  3. PAY ATTENTION: You are shooting at each other. On purpose. With guns! It can hurt! Also, you’re in the woods. There are lots of things that poke, scratch, bite, sting, etc. Be aware of your surroundings.
  4. EYE PRO: MUST be on AT ALL TIMES ON THE FIELD. During games, in-between games, AND AFTER games. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EYE PRO OFF. Not even to de-fog. Once in the safe zone, you may remove your eye pro and ONLY when in the safe zone. If you are 18 years or below, full face protection mut be worn. If you are older then 18, it is your choice to wear full face protection or just eye pro. EYE PRO IS MANDATORY.
  5. BLIND MAN: Blind Man is our field safety call. If someone is injured or your eye pro falls off, call blind man. If you hear blind man or 3 short whistles, all game play ceases. Wait for further instruction. DO NOT empty your chamber, DO NOT test fire your gun.
  6. NO BLIND FIRING: If you do not see a target down the barrel of your gun, don’t shoot. Spray and pray counts as blind fire.
  7. NO CONTINUOUS FIRE: 5 round bursts only, including in semi-auto mode. Give a FULL SECOND between bursts to give your target a chance to call hit. LMG class guns are allowed twice the amount as AR’S – 10 rounds.
  8. CALL YOUR HITS: Not doing so causes arguments and breaks Rule #1. If anything you are wearing or carrying is hit, CALL YOUR HIT! This includes your hat, your shoelace, your riot shield, etc. Ricochets do not count. This means that if a bb hits a tree or the ground or your weapon before hitting you, YOU ARE NOT DEAD, carry on playing. If your weapon is hit then shout WEAPON HIT and carry on playing. Friendly fire is not friendly. It counts.  If you have shot someone and they are running, give them time to call there hit. If you have shot someone and can 100% confirm the shot and they aren’t taking their hit, speak to a marshall.
Once hit, call your hit loudly and clearly and pull out your dead rag. Keep in mind, this is a DENSE brush area, it is difficult to tell if you hit somebody or not. DO NOT call out other players. It causes arguments and breaks rule #1. Ask a Ref to keep an eye on players you feel are shrugging hits.
  9. RESPAWNS: When you get shot, you have a 30 second bleed out. This allows a team mate to touch-medic you. They will count to 10 and after the count, you are back in the game. If you do not get revived then respawn back at your base/ last captured objective.
  10. OBSERVE MINIMUM ENGAGEMENT DISTANCE: AR, pistols, shotgun, smgs etc.– Safety limit, be smart about it. There is no required engagement distance, but don’t be that person. Snipers – 35m engagement distance. Ninjas – Knife kill, can make contact, don’t bury your plastic knife into them. If the plastic knife does bend more then 90 degrees, you are not allowed to use it.
  11. PYROS – This is a non-pyro site. No smokes, no flashbangs. Re-usable grenades such as quakes, oshibooms, something you have to go and collect after use, is permitted. Claymores, mines, anything re-usable allowed. This does include grenade launchers. NO TAG ROUNDS!
  12. OBSERVE BOUNDERIES: The zones are taped which mark outer boundaries, never cross those. The safe zone is split between the playing field and the bunkers/ car park. As mentioned before, do not cross into the safe zone with a loaded rif.
  1. KEEP IT CLEAN: No foul language or violence. Again, we are ALL here to have fun; it’s hard to do that when you have an issue. If there are ANY DISPUTES, speak to a marshal or go back to the safe zone to cool off and still speak to a marshal. If no one is aware, we can’t resolve an issue.
  2. KEEP IN MIND THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES FOR BREAKING RULES: First offense: you receive a warning. Second offense: you are removed from gameplay for a game. Third offense: You will be escorted off site.
  3. HAVE FUN: You cannot have fun if you are getting hurt, and if you have fun hurting others, you have come to the wrong field. The marshals want to have fun too, so PLEASE don’t shoot them.

ADDITIONAL

These terms and conditions are to be read before accepting the booking on form. They are here to make everyone aware of how we operate, not only to keep people safe but to enjoy the day.

The booking form indicates everything we need from you.

Starting off with the age. We allow players from 11 years old upwards, however a parent/ supervised adult must be present to sign the waiver (under 18 indemnity form) . The Waiver will be given to every player once arrived on site, this must be filled out and handed back to the admin team before each event game.

Members do not require to fill out the form apart from the yearly occurrence when they renew their membership.

Players under the age of 18 must wear full face protection. This can include a full face mask that won’t be damaged under fire (we will test, if unsure), a 2-part face mask, which includes lower and upper (mouth vented protection and goggles), glasses do not count.

Players over the age of 18 may choose whether or not they wear full face or just eye protection. EYE PROTECTION IS A MUST!

The way we work is, after you’re initial booking confirmation, we will be in touch to take payment. Deposits can be made, however we DO NOT offer a refund policy for game day bookings. We offer a re-arrangement policy which allows players, if they have paid and are unable to make it, and HAVE LET us know, the ability to play on a different day, without having to re-pay their deposit.

Players wishing to pay the full amount of £25 are more then able to, however the same policy applies.
