Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all packages as quickly as possible.
With all items, we aim to ship within 24 hours of purchase, though at peak times this may take slightly longer.
Orders which require custom intervention, such as: Building, Stippling, and Defence checks may take longer to dispatch depending on the time required to complete them.
Please note that delivery may be delayed by extreme weather and events, such as snow or motorway closures, or at the discretion of our Couriers.
Once the package has left us we no longer have control of the package, however we can contact the Courier on your behalf should intervention be required.
Upon signing for the delivery you are accepting the order is correct and in good condition, however, we do understand that you might not be able to open your package straight away as such we allow up to 48 hours for you to advise us of missing / incorrect items.
Pre-Orders
We are unable to offer refunds on Pre-Ordered products before they have arrived with you. They will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving the product from the supplier.
We have no control over delays in the manufacturing process and release times may change due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
We only offer refunds/ returns if there is physical damage or the item is “Not as described”. This means that if the item purchased is not what it says it is, we offer 100% money back ( does not include shipping).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@airsoftarmourer.co.uk or call us on 07434604026. If your return is initially accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns on “unwanted” purchases.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, ‘Pre-Loved’ items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit/ debit card company to process and post the refund to.
Pre-Orders
We are unable to issue refunds on Pre-orders. This is due to us having to secure limited quantities from suppliers before hand. If the item is damaged upon recieving, the standard procedure, as mentioned above should be carried out.

Warranty Items
All items that are thought be be damaged/ not as described may be eligable for a warranty claim. In order for a warranty claim to start, please contact us with the issue you are having.
Much like the returns procedure, we will need to carry out a full investigation and confirmation of the damaged or not as described components.
All warranty claims must be started within 3 months of recieving your item/ product if not otherwise specified as having lifetime warranty.
The only products we sell that include lifetime warranty are GORILLA AIRSOFT TECHNOLOGIES components.
